Spontaneously and perhaps due to “professional deformation,” I began to pay more attention to the ethics and health aspects of breeding, as well as environmental and social factors that affect the health and quality of life of individuals, bloodlines, and even populations.

About registered kennel and my values
Dogs have been with me in such fundamental life situations that today I can say with full seriousness that they form an important pillar in my life. I believe that it will be like this for a long time and forever…”
I have been engaged in cynology and the breeding of purebred dogs with pedigrees for more than 30 years. When I received my first Dalmatian puppy as a gift, I had no idea that dogs and everything connected with them would become a part of my life for so long. Later, a Shar Pei joined our family alongside the Dalmatian. Dogs have become my destiny, accompanying me through both good and challenging times for decades.
“Cynology has become my fateful hobby, to which I devote myself consistently and responsibly.”
“Cynology has become my fateful hobby, to which I devote myself consistently and responsibly.”
Over the years, my approach to dogs has evolved. A pivotal moment was when I acquired a Shar Pei puppy—a rare breed at the time. As an owner of two bitches with completely different temperaments (Dalmatian and Shar Pei), I delved into the world of dog exhibitions and embarked on a thorough study of breeding, nutritional needs, nature, and genetics. This knowledge is essential for any responsible owner and breeder.
While I’ve never made a living solely from cynology, my dogs have allowed me to actively participate in exhibitions. Puppies born under our care are unique to us, and we entrust them only to proven and caring hands. This commitment remains unchanged to this day.

MAGIC SONET – Registered Breeding station FCI
“I want a Shar-Pei, but not an ordinary one. I want Sonnet…”
There is much to share about my kennel. My character traits include thoroughness and responsibility. Early on, I recognized that having a dog and raising puppies—especially exceptionally—demanded these qualities. Consequently, I directed my energy toward acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Shar Pei breed.
The first Slovakian junior champion of this breed was born in my kennel, followed by many other champions. Magic Sonet swiftly became synonymous with beautiful and successful Shar Peis. However, we only have litters when the time is right to expand our family mosaic.

Sonetík has always been eagerly anticipated and has waited patiently… I believe that my expertise in the breed, international influence, and unwavering ethical values are appreciated by the owners of dogs bearing the “Magic Sonet” name. Those who have chosen our lineage remain our friends forever, and they continue to receive my support.
Dog Shows as a Lifestyle…
For many dog breeds (FCI), successful participation in exhibitions is a prerequisite for inclusion in breeding (and further use in pedigree dog breeding). Meeting the requirements outlined in the breed standard is crucial. Consequently, numerous pedigree dog owners bring their dogs to shows. Sometimes, these exhibitions ignite a passion for exhibiting, transforming it into a lifestyle.
With extensive experience as a breeder, judge, and exhibitor, I view dog shows from multiple perspectives: as an exhibitor, a judge, and an organizer. I’ve presided over large specialized exhibitions, both international and national, across 18 European countries. Additionally, I’ve had the honor of judging at two European dog shows and three world dog shows.
Responsibility
“Owning a dog means ensuring a good quality of life for them and deriving pleasure and joy from the companionship. Living together with a dog should be rewarding for both the owner and the dog.”
My professional interest extends beyond a single breed..
Prednášky, články, publikácie, semináre a sympózia nesú témy dôležité pre všetky plemená. My lectures, articles, publications, seminars, and symposia cover topics relevant to all breeds—not only purebred dogs but also crossbreeds. My lectures, articles, publications, seminars, and symposia cover topics relevant to all breeds—not only purebred dogs but also crossbreeds.
To maintain consistent dedication to cynology, we maintain a clearly defined number of dogs in our household. I understand precisely how much energy each dog requires. By balancing my commitment to them with social tasks and work, we ensure that the number of dogs under our care does not exceed three.
Mentoring
“A person who recognizes and respects wise authorities has the chance for personal growth, contributing added value to society.”
Throughout the decades of my involvement in dog breeding and cynology, I’ve encountered numerous educated and ethical individuals who serve as inspiration. Among them, my exceptionally rare mentor is the Chinese breeder and judge Matgo Law—the man who saved the Shar Pei breed and authored its first standard. Personal meetings and communication with him have provided me with invaluable knowledge. In my extensive work and activities, I maintain contact with veterinarians, researchers, and fellow breeders.
